Too Fast For Me

Auntie Yvonne gave Daddy a lot of kiddy CDs / VCDs / DVDs recently .... because she was packing her house and preparing to relocate to Houston for at least 1.5 yrs ... In fact, there were so many Barney VCDs / DVDs that I had so many choices as to which one to watch ....

Then Daddy took a kiddy song CD to the car to entertain me during car rides ... I was trying so hard to follow the song with actions

In the end, gave up .... too fast for me ... Mummy was laughing at the back

Afternoon Fun at Paragon

Daddy and Mummy haven't had the chance to go orchard for the Great Singapore Sale yet, but in the end they also didn't buy anything much.... Instead I had great fun at Paragon....

Painting At Home

Initially Mummy wanted to make a bus with me, but the washable fingerpaints that she bought were so "washable" that they couldn't stick to the cardboard box, so I couldn't paint on the box directly. So Mummy got me to paint on paper, then stick on the box.....

But I was over enthusiastic, mixed all the colours together and became..... errr.... I also dunno what...

So Mummy changed the approach and got me to squeeze the paint on the paper directly....

Then fold them into half.....

Then smoothen them out.....

TA-DA!!!! Wonderful abstract art!!

Mummy did this with me....

But I did these 2 all by myself, with no help from Mummy at all ;P

To the Zoo Again

Daddy managed to buy some discounted zoo tickets from his company, so off to the zoo we go again!!!

Looking intensely at the map..... hmmm... where should we go 1st??

Walking in the fragile forest with Mummy.... I was really scared when the butterflies came near me.... Mummy say I am really a scardy cat.....

I was not interested in the real bears who were sleeping... instead I was all smiles when I saw this cute cartoon bear!

Mooo mooo... outside Ben's and Jerrys.... but they will not be able to earn one cent from me :P

At the show.... " The rain forest fights back"..... in the end I was more drama then the show....
There was this bad uncle who wanted to develop the rainforest into commercial buildings, then the animals and the good auntie try to fight back.. because of the loud noise, I cried in the middle of the show and insisted on leaving.... I kept saying " I don't like Uncle, I want to go!! I like Auntie!!".... The audience around me were more amused by me than by the show... Daddy and Mummy tried to pacify me but I just insisted on leaving.. so no choice they had to exit when the show had barely started... Daddy and Mummy really feels that I am such a timid girl.... sigh....

I still kept chanting " I don't like Uncle.... I don't like Uncle..." after we left, so Daddy and Mummy decided to bring me to see one of my favourite animals - Giraffe!! Coincidentally, they were having feeding time, so Daddy paid $5 to let me have a go at feeding the giraffe.

The Jie Jie there was quite nice, offered to help Mummy to take pictures so that she can also join in the fun.... We fed the giraffe long carrot and potato sticks.... Oh... and the giraffe has such a long and black tongue!

Next we went to see the otters!

I insisted on taking pictures with the parrots!! Daddy and Mummy were so amused that now I know what it means by taking pictures and posing for pictures.

Had lunch at KFC.... not me of cos.... I had home-made fish porridge that Mummy cooked for me... but I stole some fries and chicken from Daddy and Mummy...

I fell asleep in the stroller very quickly after lunch. when I woke up, I saw a lot of frogs.. look at that! The biggest and smallest frog in the world!!

It was very sunny by now... so out comes all my protective gears!

Water-play time at the Kidz World !!!!

Again, I was such a scardy cat, I was so scared of the water initially...

The big bucket of water that will overturn every 4 min.... Daddy sabo-ed me and brought me under it.... of cos totally wet lor...

I like this the best, cos I can make people wet while I am dry!! Hiak hiak hiak hiak!

Once I saw the slide, I forgot all abt the water and went up and down it happily....

After the slide, I was all warmed up .... ready to enter the water fountain....

After I had taken my shower, we passed by the crocodiles again, and I wanted to take a picture with the crocodile when I saw a gor-gor on it earlier....

Last picture at the exit before we head home after a tiring but happy day..... We'll be back!!!

I just love playing this interactive game in IMM .... Daddy and Mummy also like me playing it ... because I can stay there for hrs and hrs and Daddy and Mummy can take a rest while watching over me ....

Trip to Science Centre

Daddy managed to get corporate passes to the Science Centre so we went there on Saturday afternoon. Been a long time that Daddy and Mummy last went to Science Centre ... think must be during early school days ....

Right in front of the Science Centre entrance is a BIG dinosaur ... and it can even move and roar soundly .... Mummy carried me and when the roar sounded, I was a little scared ....

In the end, still posed a photo with Mummy, imitating the loud roar !!!

Saw a kiddy buggy so Daddy rented it FOC for me ....


The place inside is pretty big, with lots of exhibit. But it was too 'cheem' for me to appreciate. So I just wandered around, looking for interesting things to see and play .... Daddy and Mummy did not see much as well, since they had to chase after me.

As soon as I saw balls, I ran to play with them ....

Next comes cars .... moving them around the road !!!

Trying my luck at the jackpot machine .... and obviously, I LOST !!! Based on statistics, winning Toto / 4D is more difficult that getting killed on the roads ....

Trying to record my voice imitating the frog's croak, and seeing how my imitation sound waves differ from the actual frogs croak.....

Ooops, where is the rest of my body ?!?! Daddy and Mummy have always been fascinated by the magic

And the explanation behind the magic ......

Water play station .... unfortunately, I just recovered from my illness (and did not bring any swimming costumes), so can only look and not play ..... Next time, Daddy wil get corporate passes just to let me play with water there .... a waste to the corporate passes hor ..... Ha ha

For now, think Science Centre does not suit me ..... I still prefer my Zoo !!!!
