The Day Daddy Has Been Waiting For

The day that Daddy has been waiting for .... instead of calling Da-Da, it is now officially "DADDY" !! And I have been calling non-stop to make up for the next 2 weeks since Daddy will be on business trip again starting Sunday .... Going to miss Daddy and I am sure Daddy is going to miss me !!!

Mummy got so bored so she taught me the kiddy song "When you are Happy", complete with movements ....

Then comes my version of "London Bridge is Falling Down"

But I thought London Bridge is still there in London .... whoever invented this song must have hated that bridge ...

What is Cooking in the Kitchen ???

Over the weekend, Daddy and Mummy decided to bring me to the Crazy Toy Fair at Takashimaya .... and WOW, the toys there are really cheap !!

Seeing how I always like to play pretend recently, Daddy and Mummy bought me this Kitchen Set, which costs only $29 !!! And once I reached home, I asked Daddy to assemble the kitchen set so that I can get down to whip up a great meal for all ...

So Proud of Myself

"今天中午吃饭，婷婷全部自己吃，没有让老师喂。以前婷婷是坐在高椅子上吃，需要老师喂，只是剩一点饭时，我们会让她尝试自己吃。今天，我问她 ："你要坐高椅子吗?" 她摇头。我说：“那你坐椅子上，吃饭时不能走来走去。如果你走来走去，你就坐高椅子上。" 所以还不错。中午吃了很多饭，她都自己吃，只是弄的衣服肮脏。"

Daddy and Mummy think it must be seeing other kids who also sat at the table and ate by themselves,, that's why I also followed suit. Daddy and Mummy are so proud of me !!! Me too .... Daddy and Mummy are really going to thank the teachers for being so patient with me.

Little Carpenter

Yesterday when we went Ikea, I fell in love with its children chair and table, so Daddy and Mummy bought 1 set for me!! YEAH!!! So today, Mummy decided to set it up for me.... and since its MY chair and table, I became her assistant.

And after all the hard work, here's me sitting on my new table and chair, enjoying my Isomil :)

After we left Auntie Sue's house, I fell asleep in the car. 30 min later, we reached Ikea tampines. I woke up when the car stopped, so my usual 2.5hr nap was greatly shortened. But who cares abt sleeping when I had lots of fun!!!

Then I saw this logo on the ground that kept going round and round ... tried to chase it and step on it but how come I always failed ??? Even getting Mummy to help did not work (Heard Mummy saying she looked like a crazy woman ... ha ha)

Gathering of the Allergy Anoymous

This morning, Mummy baked milk, egg and nut-free chocolate cup cakes from the cherrybrook mix that Daddy bought from US. They are sooooo YUMMY!! I polished off 2 for breakfast and kept asking for more, but Daddy and Mummy refused to give me more cos they say must keep some for my friends at the Allergy Anoymous gathering (eh what's that?).




Actually, Mummy got to know a few other Mummies whose kids are also allergic to milk in Singapore Motherhood Forum. Daddy bought allergy free mixes for them from US, and Auntie Sue very kindly organised a gathering at her house for all of us to meet for the 1st time.

Playdough time!!

Ok, the one looking at the camera is obviously me, the cute little girl in front of me is Auntie Sue's girl An, who is 7 days younger than me and almost the same allergies as me! The handsome boy next to me is An's brother, Jedd, who has NO allergies (how nice!!). The other handsome boy is Caeden (2.5 years old), who is allergic to milk and chicken, but no egg allergy. The only adult in the photo is Caeden's Daddy, Uncle Alwin.



Then Serena mei-mei (13.5 mth old) came. She has even more allergies than me, but somehow she is chubbier and heavier than me even though she is younger!! (oops... ok... so food allergy is NOT a good excuse to being picky about food.... time to find another excuse!!)



An is so chubby and cute right?? Not only that, she is very guai, will sit there and eat her lunch by herself, while I was running around the house... and of course I am lighter than her (oops again!!)

Mummies busy yakking while the daddies were busy chasing after us hehehehe.... But poor Auntie Sue was too busy to sit down and yak with the other Mummies...

And while Mummy was yakking, I was enjoying myself in another corner with Daddy.

It was a fantastic gathering and I think everyone enjoyed themselves. The Chocolate Cup Cakes were a hit! Thank you Auntie Sue and Uncle Oliver for inviting us and sorry for turning your house upside down :P Looking forward to the next gathering!!
