Daddy did his second 10 km run (REAL run) for the year .... slight improvement from the previous run by 3 mins (56 mins this time) .... came in 319 out of 1971 participants ... not bad. Ha ha. And the goodie bag came with a pretty nice haversack.
After the run, he was so tired for the day when we were out going gai-gai ...
