We took the United Airlines to Narita Airport, and since the flight was at 710 am, we reached the airport at 515 am. 爷爷,奶奶 and 姑姑 came to fetch us to the airport, before they went to have breakfast at Changi Village.
We had our breakfast at the Star Alliance lounge.
On board of the plane, breakfast was served again ... and since Daddy ordered kid's meal for me, I had pancakes, bread and fruits. Finished the pancakes and some fruits, but left the bread for Daddy.
Took some water, then had a little nap for a while, before watching my favourite Toy Story 3 AGAIN !!!
Upon reaching Narita Airport, we bought the 2 day Metro pass, and also the train ticket to reach our hotel in Ueno district.
At the train station .... waiting for the train to be cleaned before boarding. Because the station was the last station, the train got to move back in the opposite direction. So the seats in the train were automatically turned to face the other way .... that was so cool, as we watched the entire action on the platform.
Playing a fool with Daddy on board of the train ... trying to be baby kangaroo by snuggling into Daddy's jacket

Our train ticket
Finally we reached our hotel at Ueno district. Was drizzling so Mummy put me in the Ergo carrier while we took a 2 mins walk from the train station to the hotel.
While the hotel room was small, it came with complete facilities and amenities. Kimono pyjamas provided, a bar fridge, LCD TV and kettle etc ... best thing is, the hotel was just 2 mins from the station !!!
After putting down our luggage, we went for our dinner. It was still drizzling, so we went to the nearby shopping mall (0101 City) to look for a restaurant. Found one that served sushi (my favourite)
I ordered the kid's meal. But funny that the kid's meal served raw sushi (with raw tuna, salmon etc on top of the rice), so Daddy requested if they can make some cooked sushi. In the end, they used a fire of 300 degC and cooked the raw stuff for a little while ... and tada, my improvised kid's meal !!!
Yummy yummy !!!

The entire hotel room ... at a glance !!! Ha ha. The double bed (smaller than queen size bed) beside the working table beside it .... minimal walking space. But there was free internet provided (100 Mbps), so we can call back Singapore via Skype every night.
And the entrance to the room ... see Daddy almost touching the door frame !!!!
And the toilet ... small and compact, but with full facilities. The toilet has butt-washing facilities ... haha. But we never tried that.

And Daddy and Mummy also ordered a sushi set .... the filling on top of the rice was so big that they hid the rice completely !! So unlike Singapore, where you see rice rather than the filling. And the slice of tuna was so much thicker than that in Singapore
Fresh wasabi .... tasted different from what we usually had ....
Miso soup !!! Not salty at all !!!
But the best thing about my kid's meal is it came with free gummies !!!
And stickers. I told Daddy and Mummy that when I go back to school, I will give the stickers to my friends !!! This week happened to be talking about underwater world and the stickers were all about that .... so Mummy told me to ask 宋老师 to go through the names of the underwater creatures on the stickers with the class before giving those to all my friends
