Little Chunli

In the evening when Daddy went to fetch me home from school, he was amused by my new hair-do (compliments from Miss Amanda) .... and he commented that I looked like Little Chunli.

And Miss Amanda said that Trisha's mummy said the same thing when she did the same hair-do for Trisha. Haha

Hair Matters

Daddy was driving me home from school yesterday, when he saw that I had 2 pony tails ... usually my hair would be in a mess after I woke up from my afternoon nap, so he was curious who helped to tie my hair

Told Daddy that it was 宋老师 and I said it was the same as how Mummy did my hair ... very nice !!! Then Daddy (got 'jealous') told me he also tied my hair, just that it was one pony tail at the back (Daddy does not know how to do 2 pony tails) and very nice as well !!!

And I told Daddy : "But you tie my hair ... a little not nice ... because you are not a gal"

Daddy fainted !!! Looks like hair matters are better left to the experts : ladies ....

Finally I Can Wear ...

This outfit was given by Auntie Peilin quite some time back (think about 2 years) when she was still working in the Disney company .... but the outfit was for 4 years old and I was too small to wear it at that time.

So now, I have grown and see how well I fit in .... haha

A BIG THANK YOU to Auntie Peilin for giving me the Disney clothings .... will start wearing the other clothings soon ...

New Dress from 奶奶 and 爷爷

奶奶 and 爷爷 bought me a new dress .... so when I went down for dinner on Friday, 姑姑 let me wear it and see if it fits ... and sadly, they bought a dress that is too large for me to fit nicely .... think would need another 2 years before my width fits the dress .... ha ha

Nevertheless, I still kept modelling in the new dress and refused to take it off .... now I am starting to appreciate fashion !!!

New Hair-do

Singapore weather has been too hot and humid these days ... and I developed rashes on my forehead and behind the neck. So Daddy and Mummy decided to have a new look for me ....

New Hair-do

Today is a really hot day, so Mummy decided to tie my hair up before going out so that its more cooling....

Pondering over whether I like the hairstyle or not...

OK lar.... I quite like it.... I actually went out with this new hairstyle the whole morning without destroying it.. previously Mummy tried all sorts of hairclips on me, I usually remove them within 10min.... Think its really cool to have my hair tied up...

Fashion

Now, I insist on choosing my clothes to go 'gai-gai' .... even though it means exposing myself while choosing the clothes .... Ooops, R-rated !!!

Dark Vision

Daddy bought me a pair of sunglasses some time back when he was in Reading. Did not really like wearing them until today (Daddy and Mummy trying to condition me for my Sydney trip) ...

Try them outside ... As you can see, a bit too big for my little face .. sunglasseses keeps dropping

But who cares ... as long as they look nice on me .... feel like little pop star .... so now my vision is darker then before everytime I go on my outings !!!!

Finally .... But Will It Last Long ???

Finally .... Daddy and Mummy bought me a hat after such a long time (the last time was when I was still a little baby, not knowing anything at all and letting Daddy and Mummy do anything with me) .... we are planning to go to Sydney in Nov and Mummy wanted to get me a hat so that I dun get a sun burn during the trip. But I hate to have anything on my head, not to mention wearing a hat ...

So today, we went shopping and Mummy wanted to see if I will wear a hat. And I did !!! Daddy was so happy that he took a lot of pics of me with a hat .... in case my interest in wearing hat only lasts 5 minutes and then there goes his chance ....

At Kiddy Palace .... trying out this PiyoPiyo hat .... yellow is not my favourite colour .... of course not happy look lar !!!

Finally found a blue PiyoPiyo hat .... Daddy bought it for me and see how happy I was, wearing the hat immediately, walking around .....

Daddy and Mummy hope my interest in hat will last long ... at least through the trip !!!

"So 小姐"

Today, Mummy said I am "so 小姐" that she sees me also buay tahan !! Ha ha.

Really "so 小姐" meh ? Just one hairclip, some flowery blouse, a skirt, a lacey pair of socks and pink handbag only mah ... Once in a while must show the demure side of me wah ... otherwise, how to find boyfriend in future ??? What to do, Daddy is my fashion consultant today ...

Daddy bought a pair of mini sunglasses for me .... but then, this is still too big for me .... took off the sunglassess within 5 seconds cos everything looked so dark with them on ....

Wasted Daddy's $$$. Ha ha. But Mummy managed to take a photo of me with the sunglasses on.

Little Miss Vain

When I was still a little baby, Daddy and Mummy liked to put hairpin on my hair so that I can look cute and pretty, more like a gal .... since I was still blur blur, so I let them do whatever they want with my hair .... how to have any sense of fashion when you were only 1 year old !!!

Then I grew up and decided no accessories on my hair ... everytime they tried to put one on, I took it off .... still no sense of fashion, but at least got character.

As of today, Mummy officially labelled me as Little Miss Vain. WHY ??? Because this morning, as usual when Mummy dress me up, ready to go to my childcare, I saw the hairclip on the table and refused to get out of the house, until Mummy put one on my hair !!! Mummy almost fainted .... only go childcare, still must wear hairclip. Really a Little Miss Vain.

And now whenever Mummy wants me to wear clothes I don't like, I will cry and scream my head off, and I will point to the one that I want to wear. But sometimes Mummy will win cos she'll force me to wear it...... haiz... I thought Singapore is a democratic society mah... I have human rights one leh.... I want to choose my own clothes!!

Gifts from Daddy

Everytime Daddy disappears for a period of time, he will come back with lots of gifts for me.... see what he got for me this time.....

Clothes, clothes and more clothes.... Daddy bought a lot more clothes than what you see here... but this little model tried so many clothes that I forgot to smile.... even in my pretty OshKosh dress.... looks like I can't be a professional model :P

First Birthday Bash - Part 1

Today is a special day for me .... I celebrated my first birthday at The Melt in the Oriental Hotel. My actual birthday is 31 Dec 2006, but since 30 Dec 07 is a Sunday, Daddy and Mummy decided to celebrate my birthday one day earlier.


I wore my new birthday dress that Daddy bought from the States .... and my new Osh Kosh walking shoes that Mummy bought in Singapore ... They say on my birthday, I must wear new clothes and shoes ... to give a brand new ME !!!

Since I was early for my celebration, I decided to explore the hotel and see what is there in store for me ...

Wow, the hotel is so big and there is a big christmas tree in the middle of the lift lobby .... But isn't christmas already over ???

Soon, everyone came for my birthday celebration ... there were 爷爷, 奶奶, 姑姑, 叔叔, 公公, 舅舅 and 秀美姐姐(舅舅 girl-friend, soon to be my 舅母 next year) !!! Felt so happy with so many of my loved ones coming to my birthday party.

I tried to put on my best behaviour during lunch time and had my pasta fast-fast so that Daddy Mummy can go have their food .... errr .... I try to behave lah .... but you know, Daddy, you still got to be patient when feeding me ....

Daddy and Mummy fed me some fruits from the buffet .... my favourite dragonfruit and rock melon .... see how I am enjoying the fruits .... especially when I can feed myself






The night before, Mummy made me my very FIRST birthday cake! And it was a special birthday cake ... since I am allergic to milk and eggs, Mummy had to bake my milkless and eggless carrot and apple cake (Mummy found this recipe from the Net). She decorated it nicely .... It's the 1st time Mummy made a fondant cake... everything was made from scratch...










TA DA!! The end result!! Isn't it beautiful? Mummy painstakingly made all the decorations herself... she had wanted to make more roses for the cake.. but the fondant starting to absorb moisture in the air and became too sticky to handle, so Mummy only managed to do these 6... and of course cutting my name out free hand... reminded Mummy of art and craft classes


















And the special moment that we are all waiting for ... the cake cutting ....

After 3 hours of celebration, I was walking out of the hotel happily with my ang baos in a bag .... the present from 秀美姐姐 was too big for me to hande alone so Daddy helped me carry it.




And the next moment, I am zzzzzzz in the stroller .... tired from all the excitement !!!

Photo Shoot

This afternoon, Daddy Mummy brought me to this image consulting company near Raffles Place. Daddy Mummy brought 2 outfits for me, one causal type and one formal party dress. This is the first time I have so many lights flashing at me ... at first, I was a bit uncomfortable and kept wanting Daddy Mummy to hold me in their arms .... but after a while, I began to enjoy myself .... really makes me feel like I am a professional model, with all the attention on me ....

Then Mummy and Daddy went to choose their formal outfits to match my pink party dress .... when I saw them, I almost got a BIG shock (you should have seen my eyes almost popped out) !!! Oh my goodness, Mummy is so 漂亮 and Daddy is so 帅. Almost could not recognize them !!! But I thought I also look very 可爱, right ???












Daddy and Mummy wanted to ask the imaging consulting company to make some of the photo shoots into posters and potrait .... but they insisted on us signing up a lifetime package before they do that ... what if the imaging consulting company closes shop next month, then lifetime = one month ??? Out of the question !!!

In the end, we only have these 2 photos for memory sake .... anyway, I did enjoy myself so much, that at the end of the shoot, I fell asleep on Mummy's shoulder .... zzzz.......

New Clothes

I loved it when daddy goes on his business trips .... because I got so many new clothes, toys and books everytime he comes back ... the first time he went to the States, he bought me a Fisher Price Learning Tool Bench, cloth books, demin skirt, formal dress etc .... Then, when he went to Reading, he bought me this little cute dress or only S$3 !!! See, don't I look nice in it ?? (dun let Ma-Ma know I am in spaghetti straps, , otherwise she will scream!!!)

This time, I overheard daddy calling back to tell mummy that he bought a lot of stuffs for me .... my birthday dress (my birthday is coming soon ...), jacket, food and many others ... I really look forward to daddy coming back ...

On one hand, I like daddy to go business trips to buy stuffs for me ... on the other hand, I also miss daddy (mummy also feels the same) .... initially, I kept waking up in the middle of the night to look for daddy ... and when daddy is gone, mummy seldom brings me out for gai-gai .... maybe next time daddy can bring mummy and I on his business trips .... that will be perfect !!! Actually daddy wanted to bring me this time, but mummy is afraid I am still too young and will not get used to it .... maybe next time then ...

Will parade in my new clothes next time ...

New Hairstyle Part II

Daddy is in US, so Mummy is ultra bored... and when she is ultra bored, she do funny things to me... I'm her barbie doll again today... Initially I felt so wierd about my new hairstyle, keep pulling my pony tail.......

Then after a while, I decided to be guai and give a nice pose with my new hairstyle.... but you notice the ponytails are already misaligned from my pulling?? :P

Trying out my new party dress

Daddy bought me a new party dress months ago but I did not have an opportunity to wear it I got daddy to put it on for me so that I can start modelling around in the house, just to make sure I can still fit in it. Don't I look pretty ? I am going to Uncle Dunman and Auntie Lingru wedding on 02 Dec 07 with this new party dress. Unfortunately Daddy is in the States so Mummy is going to bring me there alone.
